Your chance to plan St Kilda’s Future

This summer the MOD's proposals for the Hebrides Range put the future of St Kilda to the fore. We were already planning our next Management Plan, which sets out our goals for the next 5 years together with a longer term vision, but this was all put on hold until a decision was made. Now we feel we can proceed and we need your input.

We would like to hear from you what issues you feel need to be addressed in the new management plan and we would also like to hear your opinions on a number of issues that the Trust and partners have identified.

Please read the St Kilda stakeholder consultation paper and let us know your responses on the Reply Form, answering as many or few questions as you wish. Or you can download the form here and send it to:

St Kilda WHS Management Planner

All consultation responses will be collated and analysed and a report summarising the findings published on the St Kilda pages of the National Trust for Scotland website www.nts.org.uk and also on the St Kilda website www.kilda.org.uk

All responses received by 18 January 2010 will help the Trust and its partners write the first draft of the new St Kilda World Heritage Site Management Plan.
