Campers no longer abandoned....

26 August 2013

As you probably well know, the weather and sailing conditions can prove a wee bit fickle out here. Colin Clydesale and family found themselves marooned in apalling weather while camping early in the season. We came to the rescue providing a basic roof over their heads and found some left over food for them. It transpired that Colin is joint owner of the Ubiquitous Chip restaurant in Glasgow. He kindly sent out first class food hamper which we can now keep for future campers finding themselves marooned here.

Ubiquitous Chip

We may not always be able to find a dry roof but no camper need go hungry thanks to Colin and the Ubiquitous Chip .
